You can return almost all unworn products to us.
How do returns work?
You can return the products to us within 14 days after delivery, in unworn and unwashed condition with the original labels and, if possible, the original packaging. After registration, the return order must be sent to us within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept products that are not in their original condition or products that no longer have a label.

State your name, order number, which items you want to return, and that it concerns an order from the webshop. If you would like to exchange a product, please state which size or colour you want, so we can check if we still have it in stock.
What do returns cost?
For all products that you return, both an exchange and a return shipment, you are responsible for the costs involved. Unfortunately, if a package has been returned to us insufficiently prepaid, we cannot accept the package. If you bring the product(s) back to our store, there are of course no costs involved. We will credit the total amount within 7 days.
Did you make a purchase in our store in Eindhoven?
If you have made a purchase in our store in Eindhoven, you can return your item in-store, or by shipping it to us. You will receive a voucher.
