Are you not completely satisfied with an ordered product, or would you prefer it in a different colour or size?
You can return almost all unworn products to us.
How do returns work?
You can return the products to us within 30 days after delivery, in unworn and unwashed condition with the original labels and, if possible, the original packaging. After registration, the return order must be sent to us within 14 days. Unfortunately we cannot accept products that are not in their original condition or products that no longer have a label.
Returning in a few steps (only from within The Netherlands)
- Go to lollypopwebshop.nl/returns and create a return label*. Fill in your zipcode and order number/track & trace and check some options.
- Pack the articles that you want to return together with the return form in a box. Stick the return label on top of the original label.
- Bring your parcel to a PostNL or DPD service point and keep your proof of shipment, so you can track your parcel.

What do returns cost?
If you use our return label, we will deduct € 5,00 return costs from your return shipment. At the post office this will cost you € 7,25, so you save some. The return label can only be used from within The Netherlands.
For all products that you return from abroad, both an exchange and a return shipment, you are responsible for the costs involved.
If you bring the product(s) back to our store, there are of course no costs involved. We will credit the total amount within 7 days.

If you have made a purchase in our store in Eindhoven, you can return your item in-store, or by shipping it to us. You will receive a voucher.
