Yes, this can happen. Every day we do our best to pack everything on time, but sometimes it can be very busy. This results in your package being delivered later than usual. It may also happen that there is a delay with our shipping partners, UPS or PostNL.
No, when you exchanged your item for a different item, colour or size, we will ship it to your doorstep free of charge.
Yes, that's possible. When exchanging, it's best to inform in advance whether we still have your desired item in stock. If you want to return items in the store, make sure you take the receipt with you, so we can help you faster.
You purchase will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made. For example, if you made the purchase using a creditcard, the refund will also appear on your creditcard.
