1. Ordering & shipping
1.1. Where is my order?

Every order is shipped with UPS. You will always receive a confirmation by e-mail. This mail contains an expected delivery time of your package.

1.2. How do you ship my order?

We ship all our orders with UPS. This is very safe and they will always arrive very quickly. Depending on the time and day, we can also ship your order with PostNL.

 

1.3. Can I ship my package to a pickup point?

Yes. During checkout you can select the option 'service point delivery'. Based on your postal code you will see a map with available locations in your neighbourhood.

1.4. Can I also pick up my order in the store?

Yes, that's possible. You can choose the option 'Pick up in our store' during checkout.

1.5. Can it happen that my parcel will not be delivered the next day?

Yes, this can happen. Every day we do our best to pack everything on time, but sometimes it can be very busy. This results in your package being delivered later than usual. It may also happen that there is a delay with our shipping partner, UPS.

2. Exchanges & returns
2.1. Do I have to pay for shipping when changing an item?

No, when you exchanged your item for a different item, colour or size, we will ship it to your doorstep free of charge.

2.2. Can I also exchange or return my item in the store?

Yes, that's possible. When exchanging, it's best to inform in advance whether we still have your desired item in stock. If you want to return items in the store, make sure you take the receipt with you, so we can help you faster.

2.3. How will my return be refunded?

You purchase will be refunded in the same way that the payment was made. For example, if you made the purchase using a creditcard, the refund will also appear on your creditcard.

Did you make a purchase in our store? You will receive a voucher when you return an item.

3. Other questions
3.1. Can you also pack my order as a gift?

Yes we do! You can leave a message when you complete your order.

3.2. An item I bought is now on sale.

If you have placed an order online or have visited our store and your item is on sale 7 days after purchase, you can get the difference as a voucher from us. You must report this to us via [email protected] or via WhatsApp on +31 6 83 215 738.

3.3. Where can I view and leave reviews?

We receive our reviews via the WebwinkelKeur platform. Our page can be viewed here. You can leave a review directly via this link.
